If you agree to allow TLC Public Adjusters Inc. to assist you with your claim we will immediately begin a rigorous report on the loss you have sustained.
We will do a through assessment as to the losses your have incured.
We will complete a detailed estimate of what is required to repair your damages and recover your loss.
We will assist in the preparation of inventories of your damaged personal or business property, contents, and related items.
We will prepare a time line of additional losses, such as Business Interruption, Loss of Rents, or Additional Living Expenses.
We will establish a professional line of communications with your insurance company.
We will gather, and present estimates, inventories, and other valuations to the insurance adjuster representing your insurance company.
We will work on your behalf with the insurance company adjuster to insure your claim is treated fairly and equitably, thus resulting in a settlement that accurately indemnifies your loss.
